These Terms of Service apply to everyone who visits our website or places an order with us. By using the website or buying from us, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

SECTION 1. USING OUR WEBSITE

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using it with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you create an account or place an order, and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

SECTION 2. OUR PRODUCTS

We sell women's workwear and smart casual clothing. We do our best to show the colours, materials and details of our products as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations in handmade or dyed fabrics are normal. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, contact us at info@zefironex.com and we will be happy to help.

SECTION 3. ORDERS AND CONTRACT

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not yet mean your order has been accepted. A contract between you and us is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

SECTION 4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on our website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Payment is taken at the time you place your order through the secure payment methods offered at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

SECTION 5. DELIVERY

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they have been delivered to the address you gave us.

SECTION 6. RETURNS, CANCELLATION AND FAULTY ITEMS

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. If an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
