RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love what you order from Zefironex. If something is not quite right, this policy explains how to return it and get your money back.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive your items, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.

To cancel, simply email us at info@zefironex.com with your order number and the items you want to return. You do not need to use a particular form.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Please return items unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging where possible. You can try items on the way you would in a shop, but if an item has been worn, washed or damaged beyond what is needed to check it, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

TIPS BEFORE YOU ORDER AND RETURN

Check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you are unsure which size to choose, email us and we will help.
Try items on over clean clothing and keep the tags attached until you are sure you want to keep them.
Keep the original packaging until you have decided to keep your order.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear, swimwear or other sealed hygiene items if the seal or hygiene protection has been removed after delivery. Items made or altered to your personal specifications cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Email us at info@zefironex.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Pack your items securely and include your order number or delivery note.
4. Send your parcel back to us within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.

Please send each order back separately. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been processed, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of sending it back to us. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping cost.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the items back, or within 14 days of you providing proof that you have sent them, whichever is sooner.

If you cancel your whole order, your refund will include the standard delivery cost you originally paid. If you chose Insured Express Shipping, we will refund the cost of standard delivery only, as you chose a more expensive delivery option.

If your refund has not arrived after this time, please contact us at info@zefironex.com.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different size or colour, just let us know when you contact us about your return. If the item you want is in stock, we will arrange the exchange. If it is not available, we will refund you instead.

STORE CREDIT

If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund. Just let us know when you request your return.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@zefironex.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and a photo. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods if you tell us within 30 days of delivery. After that, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible, a refund. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
